Guys we are so overwhelmed with the amount of messages checking in on us and offering to help clean up etc….. Honestly we appreciate every single one of you ❤️🫶🏼❤️

Little update on the unit…. Thankfully the fire was put out before reaching us 🙏🏼 but it does looks like we have quite a bit of water damage to the flooring and smoke/black ash all over the place!! I can’t access it properly to see the exact extent until the structure has been assessed which we’re hoping is tomorrow!!

That being said we are going to be returning to some old skool bootcamp tomorrow evening 18.00-19.00 Littlestone Green I will pop a seperate post up for names shortly!
We will put on as many as we can for you guys just please bare with us 🙏🏼🩷🦄

One of our members, Sara Browne, had a serious health issue last year and we are extremely pleased to see her getting back to her usual self! This incredible woman has decided to give back to a charity close to her heart and if we could all get behind her and support her, that would be incredible too 😊

She has the following to say;

"On Sat 22nd March myself and Guylaine are doing a 10km Twilight walk for The Brain Tumour Charity.
As some of you know I had a craniotomy in May to remove my tumour and without the help and support of this charity (my family, friends, Yolanda and the bootcamp family) I would not be where i am today.
