All you need for the shred is a set of dumbbells and a resistance band! All the sessions are home based workouts and fat loss focused. ⁣
⁣
You will have videos of the sessions with Oxygen coaches to guide and motivate you through the workouts! These can be performed whenever best suits you! ⁣
⁣
The shred comes with kcal/macro targets and a meal plan, as-well as weekly check ins with your coaches. ⁣
