I’m holding an online nutrition workshop next Tuesday.
It will cover general nutrition guidance to support health and well-being but will also get personal for you. Nutrition for fat loss, nutrition for muscle gain, how to support your training, PCOS recommendations and more.
There will be a Q&A and will be very interactive so that everybody gets a chance to ask their questions and leave feeling more confident and knowledgeable about nutrition.
