The giveaway is open to local residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the participating businesses are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period: The giveaway opens on International Women’s Day (8 March) and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 29th March 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
One winner will receive a bundle of beauty and wellness services/products provided by 16 women-owned businesses in Aberdeen with a combined value of approximately £2000.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Individual businesses may apply their own booking availability and expiry dates.
Services included in the prize will need to be booked directly with each individual business. All services require the winner to travel to Aberdeen.
By entering, participants agree that their name/Instagram handle may be announced publicly on the giveaway post or stories if they win.

“Let’s Talk About the Not-So-Fun Side Effects of GLP-1s… 👀”

So, you’ve hopped on the GLP-1 train (like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro) and you’re seeing the scale drop—amazing, right? But no one really warns you about some of the less glamorous side effects that can sneak up on you. Let’s break down a few:

💇‍♀️ Hair Loss – Yep, losing weight fast can sometimes lead to shedding hair. It’s usually temporary, but it can feel pretty alarming when you’re finding more hair in your brush.

When it all just clicks 🫶🏽

Amazing results 👌🏽

It’s not about just waking up one day and sticking to a new training & meal plan with no slip ups and getting to your goals in a few weeks. If it was that easy we’d all be walking around looking like supermodels!

Kayla got her head around her training plan and then followed with her meal plan when she was ready to introduce another change…..and boom! It’s all coming together and she’s smashing her goals and creating habits she can stick to, all while looking and feeling fabulous 👏🏽
