- Is online coaching suitable for you?
Ideally I like my online clients to have a little bit of experience under their belt at lifting weights before they start.
For example being confident with how to perform compound lifts.
(squat, deadlift, bench press).
- Are you motivated to train by yourself week to week with the guidance from a coach through an online check in?
Not everyone has the motivation to keep on track without seeing a coach in person. Being an online client means you have to grind out the work yourself before we analyse how your week has gone through an online check in.
The perks of online coaching compared to 1:1 PT are:
✖️It’s more cost efficient.
1:1 coaching can be costly, if you are strong minded and committed to training an online coach can be the perfect amount of guidance and accountability that you may need.
✖️Training times can be more flexible. Train when you want to, you don’t have to work around a PT’s schedule.
✖️ You can work with an online coach from anywhere in the world. If you can’t find a coach local to your area which suits your needs, work with a coach online who can cater to your goals properly.
