Delighted to say that our Thursday morning yoga class at Okehampton Table Tennis Club is restarting on 4th September from 10am till 11:30am.
The class is suitable for beginners and those who have practiced before particularly if you would like to improve flexibility and increase strength. Really sorry, but Thursday 5th Oct yoga classes are cancelled at both Oke Table tennis club and Belstone. I have a horrible cough which is causing me some discomfort and I need to take some time to recover. Hope to see you soon. Namaste Sarah xx

Are you doing anything on Wednesday 14th June, 7:00pm till 8:30pm? Would you like to have some time to relax and rest whilst listening to and feeling the vibrations of a Sound Bath? Why not join us at North Tawton Community Centre and give yourself a treat? (£15.00)

This will be a deeply immersive, full body experience that uses sounds to encourage gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your body and mind. As you lie down, a variety of instruments are played, creating different vibrations which resonate throughout your body. This can lead to deep relaxation, a perfect way to escape from the stresses of day-to-day life, leaving you feeling renewed and energised.
To help you relax, please wear warm clothes and bring a blanket or two with you.
Please note: No water is used during this event other than to make a cup of tea to have with a piece of cake at the end 😊
