Qualified with Body Control Pilates in Level 3 Matwork, Pre and Post Natal Pilates, Bone Health and Teaching the Older Person.

My classes have now moved to Forest Green Village Hall, Horsham Road, Forest Green, RH5 5RZ.
Class times: Mondays 6pm
Tuesdays 9.15, 10.30am, 6pm.
All levels ( including beginners) are welcome to the small friendly mat classes(Booking necessary). 1:1 sessions also available.
