Thank you very much to young Murray Bruce for our fantastic hand made gift that he dropped into the store earlier today. Not only did Murray draw the picture, he also tied the fly that is part of the image. A fantastic gesture from one of our youngest, yet keenest and most knowledgeable customers.

It was a great night in store last night as part of late night shopping for Oban Winter Festival. Thank you to all the shoppers who were out in force supporting local businesses and a fantastic event for the town.

We also held our first fly tying class in store hosted by Ad Wyness Fishing. Adam displayed his expertise in the subject, while those attending were tutored to tie their own flies to take away and hit the fantastic waters we have in the area. Well done to everyone and we hope you get a fish or two on them in the future 🎣

Congratulations to all the winter festival organisers for the events that have come so far this year, with plenty still on the agenda. A huge amount of hard work paying off and you should all be very proud of what you have created for the town 👏 👏
