✨Baby and Me Yoga at The Happy Wee Health Club
We love to hear why our Mums love to come to our Baby and Me classes 🫶 here are some of their answers:
Sarah:
I have absolutely loved attending the Les Mills baby and me yoga classes at The Happy Wee Health Club. Since giving birth to Orlagh in February, I have been keen to get active again. This class offers a non-judgemental, fun and friendly space where I can get moving and rebuild my strength alongside my wee one. I love that she can watch me take part and I can attend to her at any time during the class without worrying. Looking forward to the next block!
Jenny:
I have loved our body balance sessions!
From a sleeping baby in the pram to a baby climbing over me while I worked out. I always came away feeling better than when I went in!
Katie is an amazing teacher who gives lots of options for difficulty and is so knowledgeable about postpartum bodies!
With lots of baby classes available, it’s nice to have one that focuses on the mum that is super baby/toddler friendly 🙂

Since starting the classes they feel stronger and their balance and posture has got a lot better. They love that their little ones are in a safe environment and they can move their bodies alongside them without any pressure. It's a lovely way to meet other Mums and babies, very friendly and welcoming. Many said they can't wait for the new block to start 🫶
