Regular visitor to Dalmally Beats on the Orchy, Andy Boam with a 26lb fish caught in the Lochy Pool on a red and black conehead. Andy is a big fish specialist on our beat with a 24lb fish on a previous visit. Well done Andy. Fish was safely unhooked and released to pass on its very important genes for future generations. The season finished on a high with a flurry of fish on the lower beat during the last week of the season. Roll on season 2023 with hopefully more anglers coming to fish our lovely water.

First time visitor to Dalmally Beats on the Orchy for Ryan Smith from Florida. After a few pointers from Ghillie Ray Doonan, managing some good casts in Lower Pembertons Pool despite the blustery conditions. Rain forecast early next week. Good rod availability too.
