How do you really feel about being active?

Active Together and Living Well Active want to hear from residents across Rutland.

This short survey will help build a better picture of:

• how active people are at the moment
• what helps people move more
• what gets in the way
• what people might want to do in the future
• how local opportunities can be made more inclusive and accessible

All voices matter, especially if you’re not currently taking part in sport or regular physical activity.

You must be aged 18 or over and live in Leicestershire, Leicester or Rutland to take part.

It takes around 10 minutes, and you’ll be in with a chance of winning one of 25 x £20 Everywish Gift Cards.

🚴‍♀️ Looking for friendly cycling groups and routes across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland?

Cycling UK Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland acts as an “umbrella” group for informal cycling groups operating across the area.

Whether you’re looking to join a local ride, find out about upcoming cycling events, or connect with others who enjoy getting out on two wheels, their website is a great place to start.

You can find:

🚲 Contact details for local informal cycling groups
📅 News and forthcoming events across the counties
☕ A handy map of “Tea Places” within a day’s ride of Leicester — perfect for planning a ride with a café stop!

Getting active doesn’t have to mean doing it alone. Cycling can be a brilliant way to move more, explore local places and enjoy time outdoors at your own pace.
