If you’ve been wanting a bit more structure, motivation or variety in your running, this is a great place to start.

Our Friday Run Club is led by Ben — an experienced runner with a wealth of knowledge and simple, actionable tips for every level.

Members and non-members welcome — bring someone with you and join us for the hour.

Recently we’ve had lots going on! With members completing Hyrox Events, taking podium spots across numerous CrossFit competitions and tearing up the Rutland Water nighttime 10k!
