Our very own midlands star girl ⭐️

Emma competed in the Junior Europeans Championship out in Poland. She was competing with girls 3 years older than her and raced with such maturity and determination coming across the line in 17th !!!

On the follow day Emma was picked to be the starting leg of the mixed team relay for GBR. She made sure GBR was in contention for a medal passing over to her fellow teammate in 3rd. The rest of the team performed incredibly well after Emma’s performance in the first leg to come across the line in 1st !!

We are all so proud of Emma and can not wait to see what she can do in the future ✨

Bristol Super Series / European Junior Qualifiers ⭐️

Bristol was a proper test. Warm conditions meant a non-wetsuit swim, with a busy field making for plenty of contact and a chaotic start. Staying calm and adapting as the race unfolded was key.

The bike was fast and relentless, with a technical, undulating run to finish things off. It was a day that really rewarded confidence, good decision-making and the ability to keep pushing when things didn’t always go to plan.

Lots of strong performances across the squad, with plenty to take away and work on from the weekend. Racing at this level is as much about learning and adapting as it is about the result, and Bristol gave everyone plenty of both.

Mallory Park Heats & Finals 🏁

With heats on Saturday and finals on Sunday, it was a busy weekend of racing. For our Youth athletes, there was even more on the line, with European qualification spots up for grabs.

The hot weather meant it was a non-wetsuit swim on both days, making for fast and exciting racing. Despite the quick turnaround, everyone recovered well, reset, and came back ready to perform again on Sunday.

A brilliant weekend of racing—well done to everyone who competed and gave it their all! 🩷💙

With three separate races in a short space of time, athletes have to recover quickly, refocus, and be ready to perform again. Every race is a fresh opportunity, and our athletes rose to the challenge, putting together some brilliant performances across the day.

Round 2 of the 2026 British Super Series ✔️

A challenging weekend in Wales with heavy rain and thunder causing delays to the later races, but our athletes took it all in their stride and produced some fantastic performances.

Recently many of our mids academy athlete’s travelled to Quateria Portugal for their first race of the season. The race saw our academy athletes perform with skill and strength, placing highly in all races. The race displayed the consistency and hard work the athletes have been putting in throughout the winter and will continue to display as the season and super series begin.

The race was also carried out during a training camp, helping the athletes to perfect their skills and final race practices.

Now the whole academy turns focus to PAs to get the season started this weekend ⭐️
