Monday: Development classes 9-14yrs 6-7pm. 15-Adult 7.15pm - 8.30pm

Thursdays: (Invitation Only) 7.15pm - 8.30pm

Big weekend for three of our boxers this weekend at the end of season bank holiday Bonanza! James Grainger, Fillip Soltysyk and Phoebe Piggin all challenge for East Midlands belts on Sunday. Mondays sessions are 6.00pm - 7.00pm (10-14yrs)

and 14+ to adult 7.15pm - 8.30pm (14+ to adult)
