Celebrating new classes across the Keep Fit Association. Here are some pictures of new movers down to our wonderful teacher Elaine Kirby in West Midlands. Elaine class started in June. Elaine tells us. “This class is concentrating very much on postural stability for pre and post operative participants who have been recommended to increase activity and for anyone needing gentle exercise. This class is run in conjunction with a Wyre Forest Community Builder project entitled 'Together'. Excellent turn out and all participants soon made new friends. Another KFA success in the making!”
