A beautiful weekend retreat at Claridge House. The house was full of beautiful souls. We ate lots of amazing colourful food cooked with love. A weekend to let go, draw in and fill the heart with peace and love and a big smile. A huge thank you to everyone who joined me and to the team at Clardge House who make it such a special place to retreat to.

A fabulous weekend at the aYs convention at Eastwood Hall in Nottinghamshire. So good to spend time with a wonderful community of yoga friends. Four fabulous plenaries from Gary Kraftsow - most enlightening. Lots of amazing workshops to choose from and a lovely morning practice each day. Wonderful to car share with my dear friend Dipika (DJ Yoga) too. Feeling very nourished. It’s great that technology has opened up so much, but you can’t beat being in the room with people.
A very special weekend. Lots to digest.

On our retreat day yesterday, I read some words from Donna Ashworth. She encapsulates beautifully what this time of year is about.

Today the sun crosses the celestial equator into the southern hemisphere – the Autumn Equinox.

Watch as Mother Nature teaches us how minimal living is done, how letting go renews.

For me, I shed the ‘too much’ elements of life as the winter approaches and I embrace the little things. Going with the flow of this planet we exist on is fundamental to our survival and our wellbeing.

Yield don’t brace. Bend don’t resist.

Thank you to everyone who shared details about the spaces available on this Sunday’s day retreat. A few people have already been in touch and booked, which I’m delighted about. It’s such a lovely reminder of how connected we all are—someone always knows someone who might need this.

There are still two spaces left that I’d love to fill. Our lunch menu is now finalised—perhaps that might tempt you? Lucy's Ladle will be catering, so I know it will all be delicious (and entirely plant-based!).

I’m also able to offer some last-minute pricing, as I’m especially keen to make these spaces available to those who could really benefit from a retreat day but might otherwise find the cost a barrier in the current climate.

Last few spaces for our Autumn Equinox Day Retreat at The Lloyd Hall in Outwood - a beautiful venue surrounded by woodland. A delicious plant based lunch will be provided by Lucy's Ladle. Beautifully put by Jatinder. I dilly dallied around and by the time I got round to booking this weekend it was full up. I managed to join for the whole day on Saturday though. It was a treat and I echo Jatinder’s comments. Jatinder runs chanting groups locally. Perhaps you might be interested in joining her?
