You are hard working, committed, caring, fun and that's what's makes Alli's Fitness Classes🥰 Without you, we wouldn't have our fitness family & I wouldn't be doing a job that I love or have my little fitness business. ❤️

We are running a reduced fitness timetable over the next 2 weeks. Please come along on both days if you can. 😍If your usual class isn't on, now is a good time to try something new. You may want to continue with this class in the New Year.

Loved, loved, loved the classes tonight.😍 I think it must have been the mix of Christmas music with our usual tracks that created such a great atmosphere. And of course your wonderful selves.

A couple of Christmas tracks will be going into Zumba on
WORKOUT WEDNESDAY, the 27th October, at Marton Methodist Church, The Grove.

Weather looks a little bit better today.......well warmer at least. I hope you manage to go for a walk & some fresh air.🚶‍♀️

So, I've got two bits of good news for you today.
1. My hockey match has been cancelled. 🥶😂
2. Tamara is now able to cover some classes in the first 2 weeks of December.🥳🥰

So, here is the plan:
These classes are at St Mary's Church Hall, Morton Carr Lane, Nunthorpe.
☑️Monday 2nd December - Zumba at 6.30pm
- Zumba Tone at 7.00pm
☑️Tuesday 3rd December - Clubbercise at 6.00pm
- All over Tone at 6.30pm
☑️Monday 9th December - As above
☑️Tuesday 10th December - As above

All classes will finish for our Christmas Break on Monday 16th December. They will resume again on Monday 6th January 2025.
