💙💛 BOHDI’S 100 MILES, 100 CLUBS CHALLENGE VISITS NUNTHORPE ATHLETIC JFC 💙💛

This morning we were delighted to welcome inspirational Bohdi to Nunthorpe Athletic JFC as part of his incredible 100 Miles, 100 Clubs Challenge.

At just 8 years old, Bohdi is travelling to 100 different football clubs and completing a mile at each venue to raise money for three fantastic charities. His determination, enthusiasm and positivity are an inspiration to everyone he meets.

Our Saturday Morning Football participants were proud to join Bohdi for part of his run, helping him on another step of his remarkable journey. It was fantastic to see so many children supporting such a worthwhile cause and showing the true spirit of grassroots football.

As a club, we were also pleased to donate this morning’s Saturday Morning Football takings towards Bohdi’s fundraising effort. Every penny will help support the amazing charities he is raising money for and contribute to the difference he is making through this challenge.

A huge thank you to Bohdi, his family and everyone involved for visiting us today. We would also like to thank all of our players, parents and volunteers who turned out to support him and make him feel welcome.

Good luck for the remaining miles and clubs, Bohdi – everyone at Nunthorpe Athletic JFC will be cheering you on all the way to the finish line! 👏⚽

Nunthorpe Athletic JFC welcomes Bohdi to our ground at around 10.30am this Saturday during our Saturday morning session..

Bohdi is running 100 miles around 100 grounds raising money for his chosen charities, please read more about his efforts on the his attached page.

It is the clubs intention that our Saturday morning children will join in and support Bohdi as he runs his mile around our Guisborough Road home ground.

If you are there and you see him running please feel free to drop some change in his bucket.

Excellent Bohdi, well done and we will see you there on Saturday

Current School Year 3 and 4 Girls - Join our new all girls football team. Nunthorpe Athletic JFC is creating a new team for the 2026 season.

Whether your new to football, or wanting to try a different team, then consider joining us, a fantastic family orientated club in the heart of Nunthorpe.

We are currently training on Saturday morning as part of our Saturday morning session 9.30 am till 10.45am. Just £2 a session.

It takes place at NMPFA - Nunthorpe Marton Playing Fields Association on Guisborough Road, Nunthorpe TS7 0JA

Nunthorpe Athletic JFC under 11s travelled to Lancashire for a weekend of football entering the Blackpool Tournament 2026.

Over 60 children, parents, grandparents, uncles and aunties took over a hotel in Blackpool and had an amazing time.

Away from football thery created their own fun, playing games, visitng amusements, creating havoc in the fidget shop and simply enjoying a laugh in each others company.

One parent said ""Thank you so much to everyone for such a lovely weekend. All the children were absolutely amazing. Great memories"

The football itself was fantastic, the level on show was a truly high standard competing against high level teams. The matches were played in the right spirti and the under 11s having played so well won three of their games and reached the semi finals.

Dan Mohan, the manager said "it was a great effort form the team, but the trip was as much about making memories as it was about tbe football and we all had a fantastic time"

Well done our under 11s and it sounds like a weekend of fun was had by all

Awards Night - Fair Play Winners - Grey Division

Well done to all the players, coaches and parents connected to the team who have had a tremendous season within the TJFA, culmunating in recieving their award at the TJFA presentations held this week.

From everyone at the club - Well Done.

A big well done to our u9 blue team who battled through blistering heat, 7 matches and then a close Penalty shoot out to come out winners of the Silver World Cup Trophy yesterday.

On the hottest day of the year at the Game of Tournaments held in the Herlingshaw Centre, Eston, Nunthorpe u9 blues held their nerve in the final game producing 3 unstoppable penalties and with Sol's incredible second penalty save earning them the trophy.

Fun day was had by all. Well done boys
