We are a friendly and welcoming, independent gym where you can work out with relative privacy without waiting to use equipment. You can get a full workout with a range of free weights, resistance and cardiovascular machines. We have a newly refurbished studio offering classes as well as a ladies only area. Personal training is also available to help you with your health and fitness goals.
