RockBox is a non contact boxing HiiT workout. We use drumsticks for toning and boxing for cardio. Optional weighted gloves are used throughout the session

That’s a wrap Zumba crew!! 12 years !!Thank you for the gifts and flowers. I am so grateful for the kind words. My aim has always been that you come and have fun for an hour forgetting the daily grind and leave smiling….but actually knowing the wider impact it has had on some of you just blows me away. I cannot thank you enough for your support. Can’t wait to RockBox with you on 4th January and continue to keep you smiling and laughing (even if it’s at me ❤️❤️) much love and remember my inbox is always open… Lou’s Zumba over and out ###
