🚗 YOUR BODY IS A MACHINE — LOOK AFTER IT!

Something Mr Motivator said at the weekend really stuck with me…

We look after our cars. We get them serviced, check everything is working properly and make sure we put the right fuel in them.

So why don’t we always give our bodies the same care?

Our bodies need the right fuel, regular movement, rest and a little TLC too. 💪

After all, you can replace a car… but you only get one body.

Such a simple little nugget, but such an important reminder. 🙌

Move your body. Look after your body. It’s got to carry you through life. ❤️
