Children aged 5-11 years old - Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm
Ladies Only aged 12 years and over - Wednesdays 7:00-8:00pm
One to one sessions also available. Instructed by Tony who is :

- a 4th degree Black belt
- Fully qualifi

ed Instructor under ECKA
- DBS certified
- Fully licensed and insured
- First Aid in Martial Arts Certified
- NSPCC Safeguarding for Children in Sports and Physical Activity certified
