John, also known as the "Hoop Guy" travels to schools all over the Midlands and sometimes even further providing Hula Hooping workshop sessions for school children of all ages. All days start with a talk on the history and geography of hooping, followed by a demonstration of just what can be done with a hula hoop, showing lots of great moves and tricks. Sessions then run between 45 minutes and one

hour per class to give all the children a chance to learn some of those moves and tricks themselves.
