🌧️ The long dry spell is finally over! 🌱
Our greenkeepers’ 12–14 hour days have definitely paid off, and what we’re seeing now is a massive achievement.
With irrigation only available to the greens and the course being built on solid clay, keeping everything alive through such a prolonged dry spell has been a mission. The team have worked incredibly hard to save our fairways, tees and walkways and now, after some much-needed rain, it’s growing around their ears! 😂🌱
With the greens being renovated this week, followed by the fairways and approaches next week, the team are looking forward to getting the mowers back out in full force and getting back to what they love! 🚜
A massive well done to our greenkeeping team for all their hard work and graft over the past few months. It really has paid off! 👏💚
