We’re So excited to be launching the new routines with you this week! You’re going to love them! 🤩 🎶 💃

Perfect time for beginners to join our classes too, as new routine means we are all beginners learning together this week. 💜🤩💪

Boogie Bounce is suitable for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels and is so much fun, a great workout, and really helps to lift your spirits! 🤩🥰

Classes are just £5.50, with the chance to earn free classes and are held at Attleborough Baptist Church Hall on:

Wednesdays: 5.30pm
Thursdays: 6.30pm & 7.30pm
