Also a mention for Lacey who stepped up last minute to join another club's team Patterns. With just a few hours practice the team came away with a Silver 👏

🥊 Joint Sparring Seminar Reminder 🥊

Don’t forget, our joint sparring seminar with Jiyu Martial Arts and Spartans Kickboxing is on Saturday 20th June, 11:00 am–1:30 pm at Cheadle Guildhall.

It’s a fantastic chance for our intermediate and advanced sparrers to collaborate with other styles, learn from Dean Howard, Kerry Allsopp and Miss Danielle, and test your skills against new partners in a friendly, challenging environment.

Our instructor team and class helpers attended the BTF Instructor Training in Windsor on Sunday 10th May. 🥋📚

Representing our school were: Ms Violetta Harlow V Dan, Miss Natalie Williams IV Dan, Mr Detelin Dimitrov II Dan, Miss Petrina Lancaster I Dan, Miss Leah Basey I Dan, Miss Sophie Chelener I Dan, and Sharne Greenwood 2nd Kup. 👊

It was great to reconnect with our extended Taekwon‑Do family, exchange ideas, and learn from Grand Master Brown IX how to ensure our students are learning Taekwon‑Do correctly and efficiently. 🙏
