Ready to begin your running journey? Our hugely popular Couch to 5K programme starts next week, and places are still available. We’ve already helped over 550 people complete their first 5K – you could be next!
For just £15 per person (less than £1 per session), you’ll follow a supportive, beginner‑friendly training plan that builds your confidence and fitness week by week.
