R&R is an inclusive intuitive dance group on the outskirts of Nuneaton that explores Embodiment via Movement, Meditation and Art. 💃
Our purpose is to connect with our bodies, ease the stresses of every day life and to grow our self-love and body confidence. 💖
Our monthly sessions contain meditation and movement, which will be intuitively led by one of our group facilitators. This process will be supported by a variety of preselected songs.
