After a fantastic week of competitions and challenges, much fun was had by all. A big thanks to all who came along and supported us in celebrating our 10th Birthday. Looking forward to seeing you all at our 20th.

Congratulations go to our winners. Hammer Hold Tony Pendleton and Denise the Gladiator. Darts went to Jim 'the Arrow' Johnston. Becky Robinson smashed the Wall Sit, and the Neutron race was won by Jack Starkey.

Well done to you all. Your prizes await!

We’re still counting the money donated to Prostate Cancer and will let you know the final figure shortly.

Emily (pictured) took part in the Neutron race, a speed and hand-to-eye coordination tester.

Ben (pictured) tried his strength on the Hammer Hold. If you think you can beat his time, you’ll have a chance of winning a free month's membership.
