Whether you are wanting to make your first step in to your fitness journey, or you are looking to stay more consistent with your training… my question to you is ‘what are you waiting for?’
No one is coming to do it for you. It is your time to hold yourself accountable for the life you’re wanting to lead. Don’t ‘wait’ for the time to start working on yourself. Fitness is a journey and it’s not a quick fix stop.
This is when consistency comes into it. We all have dips in motivation, it’s normal. Be kind to yourself but don’t let your dips effect your training. Stay consistent and you will see results.
Have you heard of the 21 90 rule?
•Commit yourself to 21 days of your goals. Once you have achieved this, the pursuit of your goals should then become a habit.
• Continue this for another 90 days, once you achieve this, you subconsciously make this a permanent lifestyle change.
Make a routine that is suitable and enjoyable and stick at it✨
Take small steps and show up for yourself. Then watch how you elevate and evolve💫
