Week commencing 8th of September I will be putting on a class at Combat and Exercise Centre every Monday morning 6:00am-7:00am. Each week the class will change varying from HITT, boxing, circuit (strength) & circuit (sweat)

Each month this will roll over into one of the other classes starting off with HITT(high intensity interval training) on the 8th of September

This will be £8 per class and will run indefinitely every Monday morning 6am
