Appointments can be difficult to come by, and I often have people asking for a slot and can’t get them in.

Please provide 24 hours notice if you can’t make your appointment.

That way:

✅ You’re happy
✅ I’m happy
✅ Another person can book in = happy

✅ Plus it stops the Missus nagging at me

We don't like to charge a deposit or hold a charge for a no show, and with your help we can keep it this way.
