“Being a great fitness instructor has very little to
do with body type or physical strength. It has
to do with the ability to remember names, the
eye contact made when someone is about to
give up, knowing who has been struggling at
work & who is in the midst of a break up.

The best instructors are the ones who, on the
days when your body image sucks, remind you
how freaking important your soul is. This is
because those instructors walk into the room
believing that their class is not about what
people look like or what people can do
for them, it's about the opportunity their class
has to impact the way in which each human
there feels.

Being a great fitness instructor is
about the ability to create a space in which
people can just show up and feel like they belong’’ ♥️

😁I feel immensely grateful everyday to be involved in the fitness industry!

I feel constantly inspired by the people around me who achieve things they never believed possible! I love seeing peoples self esteem soar and confidence grow and I just love all the awesome abs too 💪😂

🎉I’m celebrating today by teaching Bliss Pole & Aerial this evening…

🙌 So Proud! King Pigeon! 🙌

As an instructor, I have always struggled with my flexibility.

I am not naturally flexible, it is something I really have to work on.

I never find it easy, I struggle and I feel demotivated sometime by my lack of progress, like we all do on occasions.

I am a full believer that small and consistent change yields results but even instructors doubt sometimes!

But always remember It is never big steps….it is small changes, little developments and faith in your own ability that lead to long term change. 💪

Today, I saw my own proof! 🙌🙌

I have laughed at this move because it seemed beyond impossible as I saw my piers achieve it.

Almost anything is possible and TODAY I GOT KING PIGEON!! 🐦

SOO HAPPY!!

Never give up on yourself and what you want to achieve!! You can do it! Stay strong, stay consistent and boss your goals 🙌💪🙌
