I love the shared joy and happiness of each others weekly new achievements in class. This week the rollover for Sheena and Julia with the ball and step barrel supporting the movement to finally get lift off. This has been along time coming for both and just shows where hard work, showing up each week and persistence can get amazing results.

Merryn shows up daily if not twice a day and is always up for a challenge and a giggle. 💖

First tentative moves towards Swan 🦢 dive on the Wunda Chair this morning after practices on the step barrel recently and Classical mat. Seeing how all the equipment build you up to do something harder.
