I'm still so energised after the launch class last night! 😍

Now, with the anxiety for the first class gone, I'm more than ready to keep rocking with all you amazing people! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🔥🔥❤️

Here's the calendar for August classes so far, hopefully I'll be updating it with a new class in Long Eaton soon 🤞🏻

For now, we have a good but limited space in Beeston, so I decided to limit the class to up to 10 people, and we will see how it goes. 🙌🏻

Launching class done!! 😍

Thank you soooooo much for everyone that has attended, it was a full class in a not very big space AND during a heat wave... I honestly can't express how grateful I'm feeling right now for all the amazing energy you all shared in this class!

I was really nervous and I can say without a doubt that if it wasn't for you all, for the smiles, laughs and all, I don't think I would be able to relax and enjoy the session, so really, thank you everyone, you made this launching really amazing! 🤘🏻🔥

And thank you Rockfit with Jack again for all your help and support! ❤️

Sweaty selfie after trying and failing to have a practice session with my family and friends via zoom haha
We had issues with the sound, with the meeting time, and I've been rehearsing all day and got tired and kept forgetting the steps 🥲

Buuuut, it was great to see things that I need to work on before the launch class next week!

I got to say I am nervous and excited and afraid I'll forget all the choreographies haha
But I'm practicing a lot, it has been so much fun already, can't wait to have fun with everyone on the 28th! 🔥🔥🔥

I wanted to thank all the support I'm getting, it's making all the difference for me to go ahead with this ❤️🤘
