GYM UPDATE 💪
We wanted to give you all a quick update on equipment.
We had originally hoped to have some new machines installed by now. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected VAT bill earlier this year, those plans were delayed.
The good news is we’re currently in discussions with Life Fitness to bring in:
• Leg Extension
• Seated Leg Curl
• Chest Press
• Shoulder Press
• Rear Delt / Chest Fly
We’re pushing to have everything in place for the beginning of April (subject to lead times), and we’ll keep you updated as soon as dates are confirmed.
We appreciate your patience — and please know we’re always reinvesting to keep improving the facility for you all.

Don't forget, we're also open Christmas day for 2 hours. 08:00-10:00.

🚶‍♂️ Peak District Hike – Gym Social! 🌄
I’m organising a hike for all Aspire4Fitness members on Sunday, November 2nd (weather permitting).

We’ll meet at Hope car park, 8am, and take on a brilliant route:
Hope ➡️ Win Hill ➡️ Edale ➡️ Mam Tor ➡️ Great Ridge ➡️ back to Hope.

It’s a challenging 12.3 miles with 4,300ft of elevation – not for the faint-hearted but 100% worth it for the views.
