Alongside the two Great Britain Ice Hockey shirts kindly donated by and , we're now incredibly proud to display the signed green flag from the South African Women's Open, won by .hamilton. โ›ณ๐Ÿ†

Seeing athletes who started their journey here at Aspire4Fitness go on to achieve incredible success is something we're immensely proud of. Their dedication, hard work and commitment are an inspiration to us all.

A quick heads-up to all our members.
Due to England playing in tonight's semi-final, Aspire4Fitness will be closing at 8:00pm instead of our usual 9:00pm.
Like many of you, our staff are looking forward to watching the game, and with previous England matches being much quieter in the gym during kick-off, we felt this was the fairest decision for everyone.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and really appreciate your understanding and continued support.
We'll be back to our normal opening hours tomorrow.

GYM UPDATE ๐Ÿ’ช
We wanted to give you all a quick update on equipment.
We had originally hoped to have some new machines installed by now. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected VAT bill earlier this year, those plans were delayed.
The good news is weโ€™re currently in discussions with Life Fitness to bring in:
โ€ข Leg Extension
โ€ข Seated Leg Curl
โ€ข Chest Press
โ€ข Shoulder Press
โ€ข Rear Delt / Chest Fly
Weโ€™re pushing to have everything in place for the beginning of April (subject to lead times), and weโ€™ll keep you updated as soon as dates are confirmed.
We appreciate your patience โ€” and please know weโ€™re always reinvesting to keep improving the facility for you all.
