I’m sure by now all of you know about the passing of big Al
I just want to say from myself and all of the staff at Liberty gym that you will be greatly missed Mate …
 over the years we have been partners in several different businesses and throughout good friends  we have definitely had some crazy nights out together but unfortunately Mate it’s now time to say goodbye ..
 you have certainly made a lasting impression on this earth and in many peoples hearts big boy …

With over 200 sets of dumbbells ranging from 1 kg up to our heaviest pair at 80 kg per dumbbell (160kg total ) were sure there's enough for everyone .
