I am looking for 4 women who want to totaly transform their body

Who are serious about kickstarting their fitness journey in the new year and want a more affordable option.

If you are nervous of the gym environment, I am on hand to provide support and guidance & to help you get over the barriers of training this will be perfect for you.

With training and nutritional education i aim to change both your mindset and your body, my goal is to help you feel confident and look your very best heading in to the new year.

Join me every Monday for 8 weeks weeks in a semi private session where we will cover all things training and nutrition starting on 8th January at 7 am.

This is an example of the foods that may be added into a clients daily consumables, this illustrates a less ridged approach to nutrition and allows the client to choose palatable foods to create consistency throughout the training period.

It’s not all bland foods and in actual fact most of my clients report the daily amount is very filling.

When my client initially came on to the consultation call like most he was sceptical and worried that he may not get a return on his investment, his concerns came after previously having a personal training in the past and saw very little to no results.

I stressed that my main concern and priority would be managing health markers (blood pressure) whilst helping him adapt to a new lifestyle of healthy eating and ingraining a new structured plan.

He took the plunge and we set to work, after only a few weeks we had improvements in cardiovascular output, our recovery and endurance seemed to be improving with every session

As you can see the program we’d put together based on the initial assessment has done its job, 40lb of body fat down, strength up and the most important of all the risk of any serious illness has been greatly decreased, prevention is the best cure!

He’s over the moon with the results and glad he signed up, that happy he is ready to continue his training for a third phase.

This is a stark reminder that a healthy body will respond better to training and nutrition, we should always prioritise our clients health first!

Rachel came to me after trying every other possibility of loosing her excess body fat.
Feeling unhappy with her current shape and wanted to fit in to her nice clothes again.

The problem was she had been confused with her nutrition for so long and just didn’t know what to eat to achieve these results.
Previously taking part in multiple group exercise classes and with a need to focus on both posture and address painful movements Rachel was stuck at a road block.

After our initial assessment we had identified the causes and I prescribed a plan of action to improve and strengthen and elevate her lower back pain.

With training under control we set about building a nutritional plan that wasn’t too restrictive, we allowed for a few treats and off plan days but chose high nutrient dense foods, the feed back after only one week was “I’m finding it hard to eat this much food” this was exactly what I wanted to hear as now cravings were at bay and under control.

After only 10 weeks in to following my program Rachels weight went from 68kg down to 59.5 with over 10cm of waist and 6cm of her hips, as you can clearly see her body shape completely changed, Rachel instantly looked and felt more confident, to top this off her pain when training had almost gone.

What great results, well dome Rachel!
