FAT BURNING FUN FITNESS CLASS - Ladies only
Fat Burning Fun Fitness will be held in the Sports Hall at Becket school on Wednesday evenings at 7.40pm from September 3rd 2014. Fat Burning Fun is a light hearted, fun dance fitness class where there is a little bit of something for everyone with a wide range of music and styles from a variety of fitness programs such as Zumba and FitSteps. All shapes,

sizes and ages are welcome and it is a Ladies only class held in a venue that is not overlooked. Everyone is different, so as a trained dancer and a qualified Fitness instructor Erika will motivate you to work within your own ability. You can wear designer footwear and fancy workout clothes if you like, but this class is more about having fun, making friends, improving your fitness as well as burning off some fat. My fitness classes start up again tomorrow. I’ve got the routines back in my head, so as it is such a beautiful day I am just getting in some last minute rays whilst practising ‘tummies in, shoulders down, don’t forget to breathe and smile’ . Hmmm I wonder if I can still count to 8?
