To all my lovely students the Friday class will not be running now until week commencing 1/1/24 due to me being off sick and low numbers. All the other classes will run as normal until Christmas break.

I’m afraid I have had to admit defeat with this heat! No classes tonight, it’s dangerously warm for high impact exercise. Classes will run as normal the rest of the week. Stay cool and keep hydrated and I will see you tomorrow 😊
