Your instructor will guide you through each session, motivating and encouraging you regardless of your fitness level. No one person will be left behind. Each session is unique, and a great way to challenge your speed, strength, agility and stamina. Our instructors utilise the parks to take their classes around the varying terrain, therefore getting the most out of the natural environment. It will give you a whole body workout, involving team and individual military style fun exercises, including circuit training, interval training, boxercise, running, strength and conditioning, core stability and much more. Blue - Beginners: For those new, or returning to exercise after a break, injury or after pregnancy. Orange - Intermediates: For those looking for a new challenge having worked their way up from the blues, or those joining us who have a reasonable standard of fitness already. Blacks - Advanced: For those not lacking courage, having worked their way up from orange this is where your fitness levels will be pushed to the limit.
