Ultimate Park Fitness is a fun and fast way to achieve your fitness goals. With sessions tailored around specific fitness goals, you will soon see result. You will be training outside in the fresh air no matter what the weather, increasing your energy and fitness levels. You are not confined to the gym performing the same mundane routine, pounding the treadmill, doing the same workout and seeing l

ittle results. You will be working together in teams, training and drawing strength from each other, but most of all, having fun. Scientific surveys have proven that outdoor exercise improves overall well being, thus making you feel revitalised, energised, satisfied and refreshing after a hard day at work. It helps to reduce stress and depression levels, leaving you feeling positive. Having personally taken part in both indoor and outdoor training session............ I give outdoor training the nod!!! Your instructor will guide you through each session, motivating and encouraging you regardless of your fitness level. No one person will be left behind. Each session is unique, and a great way to challenge your speed, strength, agility and stamina. Our instructors utilise the parks to take their classes around the varying terrain, therefore getting the most out of the natural environment. It will give you a whole body workout, involving team and individual military style fun exercises, including circuit training, interval training, boxercise, running, strength and conditioning, core stability and much more. Fitness Levels
Blue - Beginners: For those new, or returning to exercise after a break, injury or after pregnancy. Orange - Intermediates: For those looking for a new challenge having worked their way up from the blues, or those joining us who have a reasonable standard of fitness already. Blacks - Advanced: For those not lacking courage, having worked their way up from orange this is where your fitness levels will be pushed to the limit.

Anyone interested in attending this year's Christmas party, please leave a reply on here.
It will be at Bierkeller again, on Friday 29th November and will cost £25 each. Please confirm by 21st September, as we will be placing the booking then. Payment will be needed by end of September/start of October.

So, I have booked “The Shed” at Roxy Ball Room on the 11th May. It’s a private room just for us from half 8 until half 10. It’s got beer pong, pool and table tennis. If you’d like to come, can you message me (Lindsey Fisher) and give or transfer £5 for the cost of the room. If there’s extra money left over then I’ll put it towards some cans for the beer pong table. Hope you can all come 😊
