We are now operating our Winter Chill Swim Timetable:
Keep an eye on our social media for water temperatures and special sessions. Times:
Saturday - 1-3pm
Sunday - 10-12 noon
Tuesday - 5-7pm beginners 6.30pm
Wednesday 7-9am & 10-11am & 12-1pm Mindfulness Dips
Thursday 5-7pm
Friday - 7-9am & 10-11am & 12-1pm Mindfulness Dips

Cost 6 credits per swim, bookable for members through our WholeHealth a

pp. Annual Open Water Swim Squad membership runs from date of purchase and costs £25 for the year. See you at the lake.

Our winter timetable starts 1st Nov and runs all thru the winter until 31st March for your chilly dips and saunas.

*please note we are closed on 29th & 31st Oct while we take a short break before the new season begins.

Look out for ice dips, night saunas, Boxing Day & NYD Dips and all the fun of the cold season!
