Whether you need support with your training or just someone to talk to, we are always here 💙

What can we all do to be more mindful for ourselves and those around us?
- Going out of the way to give praise and encouragement
-Reflecting on how our actions can affect others
-Being perceptive to longterm changes in the mood of those around you
-Make time for activities you enjoy- whether cosying up with a book, or going out and exploring the world

Our challenge to you next time you come in to train- give at least 1 compliment to someone, be it your mates or a stranger
