Simple runners’ strength exercises I did yesterday 🏃‍♀️
Main lifts:
1. Heavy elevated heel squats (quad dominant)
2. Bulgarian split squats (glutes, quads, hip stability, unilateral - and yes, disgusting)
Accessory lifts:
1. Calf raises
2. Curtsy step downs
Smattering of core:
1. Landmine v ups (love these!)
2. Hanging knees raises

Little dump from my brill trip to Morzine for the RunThrough Trails morzine to avoriaz trail run. I stayed in one of Simply Morzine fab apartments which was ideal and super local. Had the best time at Lac Montriond, running, paddle boarding and just chilling 👙 and then all the eating and various great places. I will be back next year to do it all again (but faster! 💨) 🙌🏻
