Welcome to the West Bridgford Ladies Fan Page! We play our rugby in Championship North 1, training Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8:30pm and playing Sundays. Training is currently at Alford Road playing fields NG12 4AU. We welcome new players of any ability, whether you want to continue to develop your rugby skills in an established high-placed team, improve your fitness or try out a new sport, then Wes
