Well what a year 2023 has been!!!
I wasn’t very optimistic at the beginning of this year from work to home life with a baby but making the decision to become self employed was the best decision I made 🙌 I have met so many incredible people and experts in the fitness industry as well learnt so much about myself, even celebrating a teenager and 1st birthday….what a year!!. I am so happy I have completed signature product Blaze ⚡️ at David Lloyd as well as Boxing at Virgin Active along with more booked courses in the NY for Body Pump, Blaze Rebels and Rhythm so so much more to offer in 2024! Finally I want to thank everyone for their support and honestly can’t wait to see what next offers for all of us! Happy New Year my darlings and see you all next Tuesday 😘🎉🙌💪

What a Saturday morning 🥵💪

We have 3 incredible new members all aged 13-14 and they worked like legends!

We brought back the girls of Roxanne and Sally (thanks for the feedback 😉) and just went hell for leather for the whole 45 minutes!

Well done team 🔥 best way to start the weekend 💥

This morning was wicked and what a way to start a Saturday!

Hooks and sprints = VILE 🤢 but what a session!

Team smashed it par usual and put in so much effort even with my phone not working with the music 🤦‍♀️😂

First Saturday session this morning and we had a full house people!!!!

Normally I take the stalker photos from my shoulder as the group are training but today was the day we needed to have a proper photo and celebrate all the hard work that was put in this morning 💪🎉🔥🥊

Loved, loved, LOVED this morning and even had a small visitor stealing my gloves 💙 I use a MyZone belt to track my workout and I didn’t work as hard as everyone so can you imagine the calories you can burn in this 45 minutes! 🔥 See you all on Tuesday at 7:15pm

What a session! 🔥

Team absolutely smashed tonight and those punches are getting so much better every week. To top it off…..we ended the class with pulses so those glutes and hamstrings will be saying hello tomorrow 😂💪
