✨ Pilates with Ella ✨
Starting from Thursday 12th, Ella is going to be running a weekly Pilates class between 19:30-20:30 every Thursday night.
The class will be focusing on your core, lower and upper body strength as well as flexibility and posture.
This workout will promote strength, balanced muscle development, flexibility, and increased range of motion for your joints, so come along and stretch out after a long day at work!
