2 OPM House, Haydn Rd, Sherwood, Nottingham NG5 2LB (Phoenix Kickboxing). With two instructors, you'll be able to access more time with an instructor during sessions, allowing for better learning and development. Both of our instructors are qualified and have years of coaching, as well as fight experience.

Yeorgos and Dan will work
with anyone willing to learn, and help you achieve your goals. Be it fitness, self defence, or fighting Doesn't matter the experience, or ability! We pride our self on our friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Train, enjoy, get fit, and gain a new skill and confidence in the process! Last nights session was the busiest I’ve seen it in a very long time. Great numbers, great atmosphere, and everyone out in a shift!!

Today marks a milestone for Sabai Muay Thai. It’s our 10th birthday!!

I reflect back on our humble beginnings, the difficulties we’ve had with finding a stable home (which we’ve had for a while now with the lovely Phoenix Kickboxing), the fighters we’ve put out, the titles won, and all the students that have come through the doors!

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and allow us to thrive. Onwards and upwards!
