🥁🥁Something exciting is happening at Harvey Hadden Sports Village! 😲👀 Get ready for a brand-new gym! 🏋️‍♂️

After months of planning and preparation, we're excited to announce a full-scale refurbishment of the gyms at Harvey Hadden Sports Villages 🤩

Taking place later this month, the renovations will include a full gym makeover, including all-new fitness equipment, flooring, and facility refresh. The new gym will be launched on Monday 27 March 2023
These renovations are part of a £1.5 million investment into our six centres throughout 2023, in-line with our commitment to providing you, our members, with a facility that prioritises your health and wellbeing, and provides an inclusive, motivating, and inspiring place to work out in.

A nice mini routine to try 💪

Are you short on time? Give this mini-routine a go:

▪️ 25 Squats,
▪️ 25 Press ups,
▪️ 25 Sit ups,
▪️ 25 Reverse Lunges
▪️ 25 Hip Bridges

Don't forget to add a 30 second rest in-between each set!
