THIS WEEK
Introducing small weights into 3 of our Zumba dances has been great fun, an extra level of intensity and seems to be working on strengthening our arms. Well done, girls!
If you have small weights of your own of 0.5kg or 1kg do feel free to bring them along. I know lots of you are enjoying the challenge!
The following week, Feb 17th-21st, I am in "KISS ME KATE" so I will only be running a class on the Monday 16th Feb in the morning.
I would love it if you could come and see the show. It's great fun to perform but even more so when I know some of my Zumba gang are out there in the audience, routing for me! Thanks in advance!
